We got shafted by Cingular. We had AT&T which got bought by Cingular and it was OK for a while but then suddenly our reception went to shit. Cingular's solution was for us to sign a 2 year contract with them to become Cingular customers. Needless to say, I gave them a big fuck you and switched to T-Mobile. Been pretty happy with it too. Verizon wasn't even an option for me since they still don't use SIM cards and they hobble the features on their phones so you have to pay for things like address book transfers, etc. Assholes.

My wife and I watched that whole thing going "this better start getting funny". Well worth the wait for the pay-off. That's some pretty funny shit!
