Maybe in a future version.
Why are you running Parallels all the time anyway? Tell your dad to get over Windows. I am the only Mac user in an office full of PCs. I need to use Parallels/Windows about twice a month. If you just suspend the machine each time, it only takes about 15 seconds to get it up and running when needed.
