Okay, so I was looking around online for a new HD camcorder (Crosis is familiar with my situation already so I'll leave out the details outside of his personal experience on the subject matter) and I found quite a few that seemed to fit my liking based on resolution, lens quality, feature sets, recording medium, etc... So, I contacted Apple through my ASC account credentials to see what FCS2 could handle and what cameras it supported. They already have a list available but that list was published a few months ago and there have been new models coming out (like the case of the main unit I'm interested in) and the response I got back was nothing short of a link to FCS2's hardware requirements...
What the fuck!!!??? This is fucking APPLE! Not Dell... What the hell is going on when MS can hire staff to respond to each and every question (via it's beta programs mind you) individually but Apple cant'?
